Privacy

Jollee Jobs is run by 925 Games LLC ("we"). This page explains, in plain words, what we keep about you, why, who helps us run the site, and how to delete it. Questions: support@jolleejobs.com.

The short version

• You can browse jobs without an account. We don't track you while you do.
• If you sign up, we keep your email, your resume and the profile you write, so we can rate jobs against them.
• We never sell your data and there are no advertising trackers.
• You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from your profile.

What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in. If you use Google sign-in, Google also gives us your name and profile picture link.
• Your resume: the PDF file you upload and the text we read from it. The file is kept in private storage that is never public; only you can download it, when signed in.
• Your profile: what you want, your dealbreakers, salary floor and locations.
• Verdicts: our rating of each job for you, with the reasons and what's missing.
• Your job actions: which jobs you saved, applied to or passed on, and the reason you picked for passing.
• Sign-in records: a session record so you stay signed in, and short-lived sign-in links.
• Usage counts: how many AI verdicts were made for your account each day (to enforce the free limit) and short-lived counters used to stop abuse (for example, too many sign-in emails from one connection).

We don't ask for and don't want sensitive details such as your date of birth, ID numbers or health information. Please leave them out of your resume if you can.

How we use it

• To rate new jobs against your resume and profile and show you the ones worth applying to.
• To remember your saved, applied and passed jobs.
• To send you sign-in emails (and job alerts, only if you turn them on when we add them).
• To keep the site working and safe, and to keep our costs under control.

The AI may only reword what is in your profile; it is told never to add skills or experience you didn't state. We never apply to jobs or contact employers for you.

Companies that process it for us

• Cloudflare: runs the website, stores resume files (private storage), handles our domain, sends our emails (sign-in links), and forwards email sent to our contact address.
• Neon: hosts our database (your account, profile, resume text, verdicts and actions).
• Anthropic: its Claude AI reads a job posting together with your resume text and profile to write each verdict. Anthropic's commercial terms say it doesn't train its models on this data by default.
• Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.

These companies process data on our behalf to provide their service. Some are in the United States; the site is for people in the US.

Cookies

We use only the cookies sign-in needs: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived security cookies used while you sign in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Your choice of card or list view is saved in your own browser (local storage), not sent to us. We don't use analytics tools.

Selling and sharing

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with the companies listed above, to run the service, or if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Your account and everything in it: until you delete it.
• When you change your profile, verdicts made for the old version are deleted.
• Sign-in links expire after an hour. Abuse counters are deleted after two days.
• Records of what each AI verdict cost are kept for our accounts, but are no longer linked to you once you delete your account.

Deleting your data

Go to your profile, open "Delete my account", type DELETE and confirm. This immediately deletes your account, resume file, profile, verdicts and job actions. Copies in our providers' backups are removed as those backups expire (within about 30 days). You can also email support@jolleejobs.com and we'll do it for you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@jolleejobs.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

Age

Jollee Jobs is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.

Job listings

Job postings come from employers' own career sites and hiring systems. If a listing is about you or shouldn't be here, email support@jolleejobs.com.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for big changes, tell signed-up users by email.
